NaCaller vs Outpero

Outpero sells Telugu AI voice agents as a per-employee subscription. Its "hiring fee" is ₹1,899 every 30 days (a launch price; ₹2,499 regular) per AI employee, and it includes ₹500 of calling credit; calls are then billed from that credit balance at ₹3 a minute on its Value voice tier, ₹5 Standard and ₹7 Premium. Outpero states there is no setup fee. NaCaller's plans include the calling minutes and several agents in one monthly price, ₹3–3.99 a minute, with a one-time ₹1,499 setup fee on your first paid plan. Both are built for Telugu-speaking customers and both focus on outbound calling; the differences are how the monthly price adds up as volume grows, how finely calls are billed, how deep the Telugu dialect coverage goes, and what else sits on the same account.

What a month costs at three volumes, before one-time fees (Outpero at its ₹3 Value tier, with its 500 credits counted)

  • 500 minutes: Outpero ₹1,899 + (500 × ₹3 − ₹500 credit) = ₹2,899 at the launch price (₹3,499 at the regular ₹2,499). NaCaller Starter ₹1,995.
  • 2,000 minutes: Outpero ₹1,899 + (2,000 × ₹3 − ₹500) = ₹7,399 (₹7,999 regular). NaCaller Growth ₹7,000.
  • 7,500 minutes: Outpero ₹1,899 + (7,500 × ₹3 − ₹500) = ₹23,899 (₹24,499 regular). NaCaller Scale ₹22,500.
  • At Outpero's Standard tier (₹5) the same 500 minutes cost ₹3,899; at Premium (₹7), ₹4,899.
  • Month one is different: NaCaller Starter plus its one-time ₹1,499 setup fee is ₹3,494, while Outpero's first month at 500 minutes is about ₹2,579 after its 20-credit signup bonus and 300 first-hire credits. From month two, NaCaller is about ₹900 lower at 500 minutes.
  • Outpero's hiring fee is per AI employee: three agents is three fees, each with its own ₹500 of credit. NaCaller Starter includes three agents.
  • Minutes are compared as equal. Outpero rounds up to 30 seconds and NaCaller to the minute, so for very short calls Outpero's billed minutes will be lower.

Choose Outpero if…

  • Short calls: Outpero bills in 30-second blocks and not for ring time, so a 20-second reminder costs half of what a whole-minute call does.
  • You want to choose a voice tier per employee, paying more only on the calls where the first voice a prospect hears matters most.
  • You want Google Calendar booking during the call, which NaCaller does not do natively.
  • You want one dedicated +91 calling line bundled with each employee rather than sharing NaCaller's numbers.
  • You want a low first month: Outpero has no setup fee and adds bonus credits on your first hire, while NaCaller adds ₹1,499 to your first paid plan.

Choose NaCaller if…

  • A lower monthly price once you are running: the minutes are inside the plan, and the difference holds from 500 to 7,500 minutes (see the arithmetic below).
  • Several agents in one price: Starter includes 3, Growth 10 and Scale 50, where Outpero charges a hiring fee per AI employee.
  • Dialect depth: 54 recorded regional Telugu voices you can listen to before you decide, so a caller in Nellore can hear Nellore Telugu.
  • More languages on the same agent when you grow beyond Telugu, Hindi and English.
  • Missed-call verification and instant callbacks to your Meta lead ads, plus people who message your WhatsApp, on the same account.

Questions

NaCaller vs Outpero: common questions

5questions, answered without a sales call. Where an answer is “that part is on you”, we say so.

Is NaCaller cheaper than Outpero?
Once you are running, at the volumes NaCaller's plans cover, yes, but by a smaller margin than the headline prices suggest. Outpero's ₹1,899 hiring fee renews every 30 days and includes ₹500 of calling credit, so at its ₹3 tier 500 minutes cost about ₹2,899 a month against ₹1,995 on NaCaller Starter; at 2,000 minutes it is about ₹7,399 against ₹7,000, and at 7,500 about ₹23,899 against ₹22,500. In your first month the order flips at low volume: NaCaller adds a one-time ₹1,499 setup fee, while Outpero states none. If your calls are very short, Outpero's 30-second billing helps it further. Work it out at your own volume and call length.
Does Outpero charge a setup fee?
Its pricing page says no: "₹0 setup fee" and "No setup fee and no lock-in contract". What it charges is a ₹1,899 hiring fee that activates an AI employee for 30 days and renews every 30 days until you stop it, which is a monthly platform fee rather than a one-time charge. It includes a dedicated +91 line and 500 credits (₹500) of calls.
Does Outpero support Telugu dialects?
Outpero markets native Telugu with English switching mid-call; the pricing and Telugu pages we checked do not list regional voices or dialects. NaCaller's difference is depth in one region: 54 Telugu voices across Coastal Andhra, Rayalaseema, Hyderabad and North Telangana, each with a recording you can hear.
Can I try both before choosing?
Yes. Outpero lets you call a demo agent for free and test an employee on your own phone before paying its hiring fee. NaCaller lets you talk to a demo agent in your browser with no signup, and gives 10 free calling minutes on the free plan with no card.
Which is better for real estate leads in Hyderabad?
Both call new leads within seconds and speak Telugu with English mixed in. The deciding points are usually the total at your monthly volume and whether the voice sounds like your customers' Telugu, so hear both before you commit.
