Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NaCaller AI (the "Service") operated by Webchilly Infoways. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

NaCaller AI provides software to create AI calling agents and place automated outbound phone calls. We may update, improve or modify features over time.

3. Acceptable use

You will use the Service lawfully and only to call contacts you are permitted to call.

You will comply with all applicable telemarketing, DND/TRAI, and data-protection laws.

You will not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful, deceptive or abusive calling.

You are solely responsible for the content of your agents' scripts and the calls placed from your account.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Plans, billing & minutes

Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹), exclusive of applicable GST. Included calling minutes reset each billing cycle; additional usage is billed at the published overage rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle.

6. Free trial

Free trial credits are provided as-is, may be limited or withdrawn, and are intended for evaluation only.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party telephony, AI and hosting providers. We are not liable for outages or issues originating from these providers.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.
