What is Lead response time?
Also called: speed to lead
Lead response time is the gap between an enquiry arriving and the first genuine contact attempt.
It decays fast. The same enquiry is a conversation within the first minute and an interruption the following morning, because the person has usually contacted someone else in between.
Why it matters for Indian calling. It is the metric automated calling improves most decisively, because a human team cannot answer every form at 9pm on a Sunday.
