What is LLM agent?
An LLM agent is a system built on a large language model that decides what to do next in a conversation, rather than following a fixed script.
It brings flexibility and the ability to handle unanticipated questions, along with the risk of confidently saying something wrong — which on a customer call is a business problem, not a curiosity.
Why it matters for Indian calling. For calling, constrain it. A model free to improvise on price, eligibility or medical detail will eventually do so.
