What is Hallucination?
A hallucination is when an AI system states something false with the same confidence it states something true.
On a phone call there is no visible source and no chance to check, so a confident wrong answer is accepted at face value and acted on.
Why it matters for Indian calling. This is the strongest argument for keeping prices, eligibility and clinical detail on rails, and for reading transcripts in the first weeks of any campaign.
