What is Transcript?
A transcript is the written record of everything said on a call, by both parties, usually timestamped.
It is what makes an automated call auditable: searchable, reviewable, and available long after anyone's memory of it has gone.
Why it matters for Indian calling. In a disputed conversation the transcript is your evidence. It is a genuine advantage over a human telecaller's recollection.
