What is Outbound dialer?
An outbound dialer is the system that places calls from a list, decides how many to run at once, and handles retries when nobody answers.
Pacing, retry timing and calling windows matter as much as the conversation. Dialling the same number four times in an hour converts nobody and generates complaints.
Why it matters for Indian calling. In India the calling window is also a compliance question, not only a courtesy one.
